As a value-added service for all Commtech Wireless customers, we have recently introduced a series of free, two-hour sessions for all of our product users, focusing on how you and your facility can get more out of your current Commtech Wireless messaging system. We will explore processes, procedures and best practices that can make your system more efficient and even easier to use. These sessions will give you direct access to our technical and product experts for questions or user queries about your current system.
Agenda
The following topics will be discussed and demonstrated, as well as any other common areas
- Group capcode efficiency: redefining groups structure for faster page
dispatch times - Backup database: effective database backup and best practices
- Using the log file: how to back up, view, and log files efficiently
- Reporting: how to generate a report and future reporting functionality
- Features: notes, common messages, reminders, schedules, hotkeys, etc.
- Maintenance recipient: how to set up troubleshooting messages and the types that can be received
- Useful information on view: message status screen (check failed or excessively queued messages)
- User discussion points
- User development requests
- User-specific problems and processes queries
