The Interview Process
Once you apply for a job, your skills and experience will be reviewed.
- If you are a possible match for a position, Amcom will contact you. You may be asked to complete an additional short questionnaire to help us learn more about your qualifications and experience. The questionnaire typically takes about 5 minutes.
- If your application and questionnaire help us determine you are a potential fit for the job, you will be asked to participate in a phone interview. The phone interview will further assess your technical skills, experience, and education and give you the opportunity to ask questions about Amcom. Phone interviews typically last 20-30 minutes.
- The onsite interview process will evaluate your technical skills. During the process, you may meet with several current Amcom employees from both management and potential colleagues. The onsite interview process may be broken into a couple of days and last up to a few hours.
- Once the interviews have taken place, Amcom will decide if you are the right fit for the position. In some cases it may take a few weeks to make a definitive decision, as we take hiring seriously and want to be sure it is a good fit for both parties. Feel free to contact Human Resources at any time throughout the interview process.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: What happens if I have mailed, emailed or faxed in a resume?

A: The style of dress at Amcom is casual, just like our culture. You may wear something that is business casual for your interview. Feel free to wear a suit if that is what you are most comfortable in. We will be evaluating you on your technical skills, communication and cultural fit, not your clothing.
