Elwyn Hull is a 40-year telecommunications veteran. He recently retired as the Telecommunications Director for the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Elwyn has served as President of both the Association for Communications Technology Professionals in Higher Education (ACUTA) and the Joint Users of Siemens Telecommunications in the United States (JUST-US). With a strong background in call center management and optimization, particularly for healthcare, Elwyn is often asked to share his experiences. He focuses on how to use the latest technologies to solve communications problems to improve performance, reduce costs, and provide better customer service to patients and staff.
