"We've built Amcom on the philosophy that people are the most important asset of a software company. When you take great care of the employees, they in turn provide superior solutions and services to our customers," said Dan Mayleben, CFO, Amcom Software. "Each deal we've completed has added terrific new team members, customers, and solutions. We're extremely proud to have built our business by providing technology that saves and improves people's lives."

Amcom helps people in hospitals, higher education, government, corporations, and the hospitality industry better manage their ability to respond to key updates in ways that strengthen communication and often save lives. Amcom solutions perform a variety of services ranging from helping call center operators process requests more easily, to helping emergency response teams quickly locate 911 callers in facilities, to giving heart attack patients life-saving care sooner. "We have been able to bring together a powerful, mission-critical communication solution offering in two years. Many other software companies will spend seven to 10 years to accomplish this," said Chris Heim, CEO, Amcom Software. "More than 1,250 of the 6,000 hospitals in the U.S. rely on Amcom solutions, including 16 of the top 19 hospitals as ranked by U.S. News & World Report. This speaks volumes in terms of the value we can provide our customers."
