Amcom Software Continues Asia-Pacific Momentum with Appointment of Key Personnel

• Amcom responds to growing demand in APAC for wireless messaging applications and paging infrastructure
• John Jordan to lead Commtech Wireless Division in APAC as General Manager

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – March 11, 2009 – Amcom Software the industry leader in mission-critical communications, has made several key personnel appointments in the Perth, Australia office of its Commtech Wireless division. The company has seen strong growth in Asia-Pacific and is investing in local resources to meet demand for its wireless messaging applications and end-to-end paging systems. Commtech products connect virtually all crucial alert systems, including nurse call, fire, security, and building management, to mobile staff via wireless communication devices. This in turn helps customers improve response time and safety for those in their facilities.

Amcom has appointed the following personnel to support the increased focus in Asia-Pacific:

John Jordan, General Manager
John has been with Commtech Wireless since 2006 and has extensive experience in managing the healthcare segment. His technical product knowledge and sales acumen will provide leadership as the business drives new opportunities in the APAC region. John holds technical degrees in electronic engineering and telecommunications, as well as third-level qualifications in business and sales management.

Arthur Haycraft, Senior Consultant
Arthur, a returning Commtech Wireless veteran, has a broad knowledge of the wireless messaging industry. He will support prospective customers in evaluating and implementing their wireless messaging infrastructures. Arthur brings with him a high level of Commtech Wireless product and market knowledge, in addition to more than 20 years experience in sales and marketing. With a focus on excellence in customer service, Arthur will drive the company′s expansion across the Asia-Pacific region.

Alex Croxford, Consultant
Alex joined Commtech Wireless in January with a strong information technology background. His in-depth systems knowledge will give customers a keen understanding of how to maximize their investments through the right technology systems. With more than 10 years sales and marketing experience, he will work to create new sales opportunities.

Ted Samuels, Operations Manager
Ted began with Commtech Wireless in 2008 with more than 20 years of experience managing electronic servicing companies. With his background in electronics engineering, Ted has also worked in electronic equipment sales and is a certified QA manager and auditor. His focus will be to leverage his customer relations expertise to provide customers with technical support and logistics assistance as they implement Commtech systems.
