Amcom Software and VOX Network Solutions Announce Partnership
- VOX will distribute Amcom Software's call center, emergency management and E911 solutions to their Nortel customer base.
MINNEAPOLIS, MN – November 4, 2008 – Amcom Software and VOX Network Solutions announced today that they have completed an agreement under which VOX will distribute Amcom's industry leading, mission-critical communications software products. The primary focus will be on providing Amcom's mission-critical solutions for enhanced 911 (E911), emergency notification and management, and call center management to VOX's extensive customer base of Nortel customers.
