Colin Balmforth, President Balmforth is an accomplished international software executive with a notable track record. With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience, Balmforth has a true understanding and appreciation of how great organizations succeed given today’s priorities and challenges. He brings to Amcom a keen interest in helping our customers improve the lives of those around them every day through innovative communications. Prior to joining Amcom, Balmforth was an officer of Lawson Software and steered the organization to embrace new technologies, leading to rapid growth and expansion. Balmforth has also held senior leadership roles at PeopleSoft, Intelliden, Conexus Partners, and Computervision/PTC Europe. Throughout his career he has recognized the value of bringing together organizations and their customers to pinpoint and address core business needs. Balmforth has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Hertfordshire in London.

Lynn Danko, Chief Financial Officer Lynn Danko is a highly regarded senior-level executive with more than 20 years of financial and operational management experience. She brings a wealth of software industry knowledge to Amcom, where she is responsible for overall financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning, and compliance. Prior to joining Amcom, Danko was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Lawson Software. She played a key role in Lawson’s strategic planning, expansion and international growth, including serving as International Controller in Stockholm, Sweden. Danko has also held senior management roles at Nash Finch Company, Supervalu, MoneyGram International, and KPMG. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from Minnesota State University in Moorhead.

Katherine Bolseth, Chief Operating Officer Bolseth is focused on growing the company through a combination of organic growth and mergers and acquisitions. She oversees Amcom's operations across Professional Services, Technical Support, Information Technology, and Human Resources, reporting to the CEO and President of Amcom’s parent company, USA Mobility. Prior to joining Amcom in December 2008, she served as Executive Vice President, Engineering and Product Development at Wireless Ronin. In this role, Bolseth championed the company’s product and technology vision, substantially improved product throughput by introducing Agile development methods, and led the network operations center’s expansion to ensure 24/7 hosting uptime and customer support. From 1996 through 2008, Bolseth held several management positions at HighJump Software. As Vice President of Global Development, she managed the distributed development organization across six international offices. She also oversaw the expansion of the company’s product offerings from automated data collection and warehouse management applications to a comprehensive suite of industry-leading supply chain execution applications. Prior to joining HighJump, Bolseth was an independent contractor focused on developing database applications. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in quantitative methods and computer science from the University of St. Thomas.

Sean Collins, Executive Vice President of Sales — Americas Collins has years of experience in sales management and is responsible for leading all sales activities, revenue planning and strategic growth for Amcom. Under Collins' direction, the company has had robust growth in size and sales revenue, established an alliance program and a national sales presence. Prior to joining Amcom, Collins worked in channel sales for the telephone division of Fujitsu Communications for two years and spent the prior six years with a start-up, VideoLabs, where he started as a Product Manager and was promoted to Sales Manager. During his years with VideoLabs, he contributed to growth of the organization through overseeing acquisitions and starting a European office. Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Colorado State University.

Graeme Hull, Executive Vice President of Sales — International Hull is responsible for sales growth, business development, channel partner growth, and strategic partnership development for Amcom internationally. Hull joined Amcom in May 2009 following a 25-year career in international business development in the wireless messaging industry, most recently with Multitone Electronics. During this period, Hull worked extensively in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. He also led Multitone’s expansion into North American markets, enabling the company to receive the accolade of Exporter of the Year in 2002.

Joanna Leach, Director of Human Resources Leach joined Amcom in 2007 to build the company's HR Department, improve payroll efficiency, and expand the hiring process. Her responsibilities include management of the full HR spectrum, including operations, systems, and programs. Leach has played a pivotal role integrating new employees from multiple acquisitions that have contributed to Amcom's growth. Prior to Amcom, she was a Senior HR Generalist at a regional CPA firm. Leach holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis.

mike devine, Vice President of Marketing Devine has 20 years of corporate communications experience in the software and electricity industries. Devine joined Amcom in 2007 after eight years at HighJump Software, where he helped build the brand and gain global market share via leadership positions in marketing and public relations. During this time, Devine was also involved in integrating three acquisitions that contributed to HighJump's growth. Prior to HighJump, he worked in Rome, Italy in communications roles for the country's principle electricity provider Enel, software provider Datamat, and the city of Rome. Devine has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of St. Thomas.
