This comprehensive Smart Center and Smart Console Administrative Training is designed for individuals who will be involved in the administrative implementation of an Amcom system, as well as those who will have responsibilities for database conversions or long-term database maintenance. Topics to be discussed include key setup parameters required to begin using your new system as well as the logistics of adding, deleting and changing all types of database information. This is a comprehensive and practical "how to" system guide that will result in participants becoming extremely proficient in all of Amcom's end-user applications such as Smart Alert. A comprehensive overview of all system capabilities will be thoroughly explained. At the conclusion of this training, students will have sufficient information to return to their respective organizations and act as on-site resources during the system implementation process.
