This course is designed for individuals who have already implemented their Amcom system and have a foundational understanding of both Smart Center and Smart Console. This course will cover creating Crystal Reports using both the active and archived Amcom data from the Oracle database. Upon completion of the course you will be able to locate and present Amcom data, create groups to order data, summarize data, build formulas, create parameters and format reports. Sub-reporting and exporting will also be covered. Exporting will allow individuals to distribute the report in a particular file format (e.g. excel, pdf, word, etc.).
